Michael Burstein is a probate and estate planning attorney in Los Angeles, California. He attended the University of California, Berkeley and graduated in 1984 with high honors. He then attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (the oldest law school west of the Mississippi) and graduated in 1987. While at Hastings
he was the Managing Editor of the Constitutional Law Quarterly. He is a member of the California, Kansas and Oklahoma Bars as well as a member of The Order of Distinguished Attorneys of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and a member of the Culver/Marina Bar Association. He is a member of Wealth Counsel (a national organization of estate planning attorneys) and is a founding member of Wealth Counsel Advisors.
Michael has prepared approximately 3,000 trusts; and more than 4,000 wills and probates approximately fifty estates annually.
He has been located in the same office building since September 1990 and enjoys his practice because he believes that he is helping others with issues they often never deal with in as efficient a manner as possible.
When not practicing law, he generally can be found enjoying all that Southern California has to offer. He is also involved in his community serving as President of the Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair (which is always the first full weekend of October) and invites you to attend as there is truly something there for everyone!!
