About Probate Attorneys California

Michael Burstein is a 1987 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (the oldest law school west of the Mississippi) where he was the Managing Editor of the Constitutional Law Quarterly. He has been a member of the California state BAR since December of that year and also is admitted to practice law in Kansas and Oklahoma. He is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.

Michael's practice centers around estate planning and probate. He has probated many estates; prepared approximately 3,000 trusts; and more than 4,000 wills.

He has been located in the same office building since September, 1990 and enjoys his practice because he believes that he is helping people with issues that they often never thought about in as efficient a manner as possible.
